Gina

Gina believes that feeling seen and accepted in a safe space can be a powerful tool in helping mental health. By providing this, along with other interventions drawn from different theories (Psychodynamic, CBT, etc), her practice aims to enable people to process difficult experiences, unravel complicated emotions, work on harmful or unwanted behaviours, and challenge unhelpful beliefs.

After five years of training at Waverley Abbey College, she qualified as a Counsellor in 2024.

As a Christian, she believes working on a spiritual level contains the deepest healing and particularly sees the value of working in that way if it’s desired.
